Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to generate new business opportunities. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline. - You will engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. - You will maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MCI's services. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO or tech-enabled services environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. - Familiarity with Anything-as-a-Service business models. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a multi-country or remote team setting.
