Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients and promoting MCI's suite of services. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the BPO or CX industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies. - Additional language skills. - Previous experience working in a tech-enabled services company.
