Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your primary focus will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales during daytime hours, contributing to the overall success of our sales team. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively communicate value propositions. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets. - You will follow up on leads and referrals to maximize conversion rates. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the BPO or CX industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales approaches. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to engage diverse customer bases.
