This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate value propositions and build lasting client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You possess excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
