We specialize in delivering exceptional Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and innovative Anything-as-a-Service solutions to a diverse range of clients. Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our services. This role requires a motivated individual who excels in communication and sales strategies to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. - You will follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales approach. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the BPO or Customer Experience industry. - Familiarity with SaaS or technology sales. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Additional language skills to engage diverse customer bases.
