What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience (CX) industry. - Knowledge of SaaS or technology sales. - Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment.
