What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively address those needs. - You will manage and maintain a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales activity. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position MCI effectively. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and excellent time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business services or BPO industry. - Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) solutions. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations. - Additional language skills beyond English.
