Role Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of MCI's services to generate new business opportunities. What You'll Do: - You will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business services or technology sectors. - Knowledge of BPO and Customer Experience (CX) industry trends. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations. - Additional language skills are a plus.
