Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and internet to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate internet and phone service packages. - You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and support. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - You will provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies and customer experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
