Role Overview: As an Internet & Phone Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through phone and online channels. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and internet to generate sales opportunities. - You will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals. - You will stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or tele-sales environment. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. - You possess the ability to handle objections and close sales confidently. - You are comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals.
