Role Overview: As an Internet & Phone Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through phone and online channels. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and internet to generate sales leads. - You will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate internet and phone service packages. - You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and support. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI's services. - You will provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market conditions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
