Role Overview: As an Internet & Phone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers through phone and online channels. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present suitable products and services, and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and internet to generate sales leads. - You will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate internet and phone service packages. - You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and support. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI's services. - You will provide feedback to management on customer preferences and potential product improvements. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or related industries. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center environment. - Knowledge of internet and phone service technologies. - Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills. - Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) operations.
