Role Overview: As an Internet & Phone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers through phone and online channels. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and internet to generate sales opportunities. - You will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate internet and phone service packages. - You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
