Role Overview: As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you will be the frontline representative of MCI, responsible for providing outstanding support and solutions to our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and accurately. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards. - You will participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. - You will contribute to achieving team performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled business services environment. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in multiple languages. - Familiarity with BPO industry standards and best practices. - Previous experience with upselling or cross-selling in a customer service role.
