Role Overview: As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you will be the frontline representative of MCI, responsible for providing outstanding support and solutions to our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and accurately. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards. - You will participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. - You will contribute to achieving team performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.
