Role Overview: As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at MCI Careers, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and supporting our mission to provide seamless customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and accurately. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. - You will contribute to achieving team performance goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled business services or BPO environment. - Multilingual abilities or fluency in a second language. - Familiarity with customer service metrics and performance KPIs. - Previous experience with upselling or sales in a customer service context.
