Role Overview: As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at MCI Careers, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and helping customers resolve their inquiries efficiently. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction. - You will document interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services when appropriate. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. - You will contribute to team goals and help improve service processes through feedback. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
