Role Overview: As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at MCI Careers, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our growth in the competitive BPO industry. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You possess the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
