Role Overview: As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. You will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a positive customer journey. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. - You will participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively. - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled business services environment. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. - Previous experience with remote or hybrid work settings.
