Role Overview: As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at MCI Careers, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving customer loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance targets consistently. - You will stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. - You will participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - You are a team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled business services environment. - Bilingual abilities or fluency in a second language. - Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. - Previous experience with Anything-as-a-Service platforms.
