Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative working night shifts, you will be the frontline ambassador for MCI, providing outstanding support and solutions to our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image during overnight hours. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy during night shifts. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. - You will adhere to all company guidelines and compliance standards. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work effectively during night shifts and manage time efficiently. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
