Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative working the night shift, you will be the frontline ambassador for MCI, providing outstanding support and solutions to our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy during night hours. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. - You will assist in identifying trends and providing feedback to management. - You will support special projects and training initiatives as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work effectively during night shifts. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled or BPO environment. - Multilingual abilities. - Familiarity with Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) models. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-country operation.
