Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative working night shifts, you will be the frontline ambassador for MCI, providing outstanding support and solutions to our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that define MCI’s brand. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy during night hours. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information. - You will escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
