Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative working night shifts, you will be the frontline ambassador for MCI, providing outstanding support and solutions to our diverse customer base. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that define MCI’s brand. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy during night hours. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. - You will adhere to all company guidelines and compliance standards. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable working night shifts and managing time effectively. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience in handling challenging customer interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with tech-enabled business services or BPO industries. - Multilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base. - Familiarity with sales techniques and customer retention strategies. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment.
