Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative working night shifts, you will be the frontline ambassador for MCI, providing outstanding support and solutions to our customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company during overnight hours. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy during night shifts. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information. - You will escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable working night shifts and managing time effectively. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled business services environment. - Bilingual abilities or fluency in multiple languages. - Previous experience with BPO or CX roles. - Familiarity with Anything-as-a-Service business models.
