Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our mission to provide outstanding service. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You possess the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a tech-enabled business services environment. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in multiple languages. - Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-country call center.
