Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - You are comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with outbound sales campaigns and lead generation. - Multilingual abilities to engage a diverse customer base. - Previous experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
