Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better serve customers. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
