Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales automation tools and data analytics. - Multilingual abilities to engage diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a multi-country operational environment.
