Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements.
