Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce MCI’s services and generate new business opportunities. - You will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. - You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MCI’s solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with customer experience (CX) solutions and business process outsourcing (BPO). - Additional language skills to support diverse customer bases. - Sales certification or relevant training in sales techniques.
