Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential areas for service improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
