Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - You are comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. - You demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
