Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. - You will meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and processes. - You will stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales approaches including email and social media. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid call center environment.
