Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor activities. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - You possess strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. - Multilingual abilities to engage diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid sales environment.
