What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
