Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to achieve sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. - You will manage and nurture existing customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to address those needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with customer experience (CX) solutions. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a multi-country or remote team setting.
