Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone presence. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a multi-country or multicultural environment.
