Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone presence. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a multi-country or multicultural environment.
