Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - You are comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics. - You have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
