Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce MCI's products and services. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - You are comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics. - You have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
