Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce MCI's products and services. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies and digital communication tools. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
