Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. - Multilingual abilities to engage diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a multi-country operational environment.
