Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services to achieve sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce MCI's services and solutions. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those requirements. - You will manage and maintain a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales activity. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. - You will track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback to improve processes. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position MCI effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service industries. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a multinational company.
