What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience (CX) industry. - Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling and objection handling. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in a multicultural environment. - Knowledge of data analytics tools to track and improve sales performance.
