Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce MCI's products and services. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer engagement. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. - Multilingual abilities to engage diverse customer bases. - Previous experience working in a multi-country operational environment.
