Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to build relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services to close sales and contribute to the company’s success. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce MCI’s services and solutions. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach to match those requirements. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MCI’s services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in BPO or tech-enabled service industries. - Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working in a multinational company.
