Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
