Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling or solution selling. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in multicultural environments. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid call center setting.
