Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - You have proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling or solution selling. - Multilingual abilities or experience working with international clients. - Previous experience in a commission-based sales role.
