Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone presence. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
