Role Overview: As a Customer Calling Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services to achieve sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and promote our services. - You will manage inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales goals. - You will handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information about our offerings. - You will follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and secure repeat business. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
